1. Acceptance of terms
By using the CALOIQ app (the "App"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please stop using the App. Terms may change; we will notify you of material changes in‑app or by email.
2. Service description
CALOIQ provides calorie & macro tracking, AI meal plans, InBody report analysis, a step counter, hydration reminders, fitness challenges, and an AI coach. The service is available via the web and the iOS/Android apps.
3. Health disclaimer
Information in the App is for educational and informational purposes only and is NOT a substitute for advice from a licensed physician or dietitian. Do not rely on AI advice alone for medical decisions. If you have any medical condition, are pregnant, breastfeeding, or under 18, consult your doctor before applying any recommendation.
4. User account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secret and for all activity under your account. You confirm that information you provide is accurate and up to date. We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms.
5. Subscriptions & payments
We offer a free plan and a paid Pro plan. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Subscriptions auto‑renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds follow Stripe's policy and local consumer law.
6. Acceptable use
You may not: (a) use the App for any unlawful purpose, (b) attempt to abuse or break our AI, (c) resell data or features, (d) upload offensive, misleading, or third‑party content without permission.
7. Intellectual property
All trademarks, logos, designs, and copy in the App are owned by CALOIQ or its licensors. They may not be copied or reused without written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
We strive for accuracy in calculations and recommendations but do not guarantee they are error‑free. CALOIQ is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the App, including data loss, lost profits, or health damage from applying recommendations without consulting a professional.
9. Changes to the service
We may modify or discontinue any feature at any time. We will try to give advance notice for material changes.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes will be resolved amicably first, otherwise by the competent courts in Riyadh.
